Technical issues beyond reasonable control (including internet connectivity failures)

Counselling outcomes vary based on individual circumstances and active participation.

8. Emergency Situations

Counselling services are not suitable for crisis or emergency situations.

In cases of immediate danger, users are advised to contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

9. Intellectual Property
