1. Nature of Services

Zenify It provides professional counselling and mental-health support services. Services are intended for psychological support, personal development, and emotional well-being.

Counselling services do not constitute medical treatment, psychiatric diagnosis, or emergency care.

2. Eligibility

  • Services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older.

  • Individuals under 18 may access services only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, where applicable.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through the website or authorised booking platforms.

  • Payments must be completed prior to session confirmation.

  • Fees are subject to change and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during counselling sessions is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethical standards.

Confidentiality may be breached only when required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the individual or others.​

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking and sessions

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Use services respectfully and appropriately

Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Limitations of Liability

Zenify It shall not be held liable for:

  • Outcomes resulting from the use or interpretation of counselling services

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control (including internet connectivity failures)

  • Actions taken by users based on counselling discussions

Counselling outcomes vary based on individual circumstances and active participation.

8. Emergency Situations

Counselling services are not suitable for crisis or emergency situations.

In cases of immediate danger, users are advised to contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, and materials, is the intellectual property of Zenify It and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services
