Cancellation & Refund Policy

Zenify It allocates dedicated time for each counselling session to ensure focused and personalised care. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation, refunds, and rescheduling to maintain transparency and fairness for all clients.
1. Cancellation & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation request is made:

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellations made less than 6 before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 10% refund only.

No-shows (failure to attend the session without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 1-2 business days.
2. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

A session may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times.

Any rescheduling request beyond the second instance will be treated as a cancellation and will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
​Refunds or free rescheduling are not applicable in the following circumstances:

Missed sessions due to personal reasons, including forgetting the appointment, conflicting commitments, late joining, or failure to attend

Technical difficulties on the client’s end, such as poor internet connectivity or device malfunction

Completed counselling sessions
In such cases, the session will be considered attended.
4. Provider Cancellations & Emergencies
If a session must be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances on the provider’s side (such as emergencies, unavailability, or technical issues), clients will be offered either:

A full refund, or
-
The option to reschedule at no additional cost
