I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I’ve created different options to make the process easier — from a quick consultation to help you figure out your next step, to complete packages thoughtfully designed for long-term wellness and growth. Below, you’ll find the different ways I can support you.

Student Counselling

As part of the Student Welfare Program, I offer 45-minute counselling sessions at a specially discounted rate to make mental health support more affordable and accessible for students. These sessions create a safe space to talk through challenges, manage stress, and find clarity while navigating student life.

Online Conference

Individual Therapy

In these 50-minute one-on-one sessions, I provide a supportive space for you to explore personal challenges, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen emotional resilience. Together, we’ll work through what feels most important to you, at your pace, with the goal of helping you create meaningful and lasting change in your life.

In this 25-minute consultation, I offer a focused space for you to share what’s on your mind and gain useful insights. It’s perfect if you’d like my guidance on a specific concern or simply want clarity on your next step. Think of it as a short check-in where I can support you and help you move forward with more confidence.

Therapy Packages

Packages are chosen based on individual needs and comfort, and one-to-one sessions remain available for those who prefer flexibility.
